These Terms & Conditions govern registration for and participation in Unlock 2026, organized by Medra and held in San Francisco. By registering for or attending the event, you agree to the following terms.

Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, where applicable. All fees must be paid in accordance with the registration terms provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellation and refund eligibility, if offered, will follow the stated event cancellation policy. Substitutions of registered participants may be permitted with advance notice and approval from event organizers.

Program Changes

Organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, format, or venue as necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund or liability.

Code of Conduct

All participants must comply with the event Code of Conduct. Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behavior violates event policies or disrupts the experience of others. Removal may occur without refund.

Photography and Recording

Event sessions or activities may be photographed or recorded for documentation, promotional, or educational use. By attending, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being included in such materials unless you notify organizers in advance.

Intellectual Property

All event content, presentations, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Recording, reproduction, or distribution of event content without permission is prohibited.

Assumption of Risk and Liability

Participation in the event is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from participation, travel, or event-related activities.

Force Majeure

Organizers are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health events, government actions, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures.
